If You answer any question falsely, this agreement is null and invalid.
In order to protect Your privacy, we promise and guarantee that Your questionnaire will only be examined by Your doctor and his staff, as well as by the pharmacist who distributes any medication prescribed by the doctor.
Pharmacists licenced to practise in the United Kingdom will fill any prescriptions and medications issued by the doctor. Our designated pharmacy receives encrypted prescriptions via electronic methods. The prescription will be provided with the prescribing doctor’s digital signature on it. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 does not apply to medicines. Asia-adopt Clinic (UK) Limited takes every effort to ensure that your item comes in excellent shape, however should you be disappointed with the state of your parcel when it arrives, please tell us within two working days of reception, describing the severity of the issue. A complete refund can be issued prior to shipping if your order is for a product that does not require a prescription. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent, you will be charged an administrative fee of £5.00. There are no refunds for delivery costs.
A doctor who fails to contact you after you pay for a phone consultation will return your consultation money in full if the doctor fails to call you again. If the doctor calls you and you don’t answer, we’ll try calling you again at a later time. If you cancel after the doctor has tried to reach you, you will be charged a £15 administrative fee.
All medicine costs include Royal Mail Special Delivery. A surcharge based on your zip code will apply if you choose Same Day Delivery as an option for delivery. It is your responsibility to guarantee that you can accept the item at the delivery address during the delivery window for Same Day Delivery. The drug will be returned to the pharmacy if you are unable to take it, and you will be responsible for the return travel and any redelivery costs.
