If You answer any question falsely, this agreement is null and invalid.
In order to protect Your privacy, we promise and guarantee that Your questionnaire will only be examined by Your doctor and his staff, as well as by the pharmacist who distributes any medication prescribed by the doctor.
Pharmacists licenced to practise in the United Kingdom will fill any prescriptions and medications issued by the doctor. A doctor who fails to contact you after you pay for a phone consultation will return your consultation money in full if the doctor fails to call you again. If the doctor calls you and you don’t answer, we’ll try calling you again at a later time. If you cancel after the doctor has tried to reach you, you will be charged a £15 administrative fee.
All medicine costs include Royal Mail Special Delivery. A surcharge based on your zip code will apply if you choose Same Day Delivery as an option for delivery. It is your responsibility to guarantee that you can accept the item at the delivery address during the delivery window for Same Day Delivery. The drug will be returned to the pharmacy if you are unable to take it, and you will be responsible for the return travel and any redelivery costs.
